In order to increase the production speed, the roll forming machine adopts a structure of iron cast arch construction and gearbox transmission. The arch structure can provide sufficient stability to ensure that the machine is always in a stable and reliable state when running at high speed; the gearbox as a transmission method can always maintain a good working condition when running at high speed. Compared with the chain transmission, the gearbox can better dissipate heat and transmit greater force and speed. In addition, the shearing part also adopts non-stop cutting, and uses a servo motor to drive the shearing device to reciprocate, making full use of the characteristics of the servo motor to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine and the length accuracy of the produced products.
The purpose of the conveyor table is to assist in receiving materials and to transport the produced sheet to the automatic stacker. It is an indispensable part of high-speed models.
The automatic stacker shares a control system with the roll forming machine, which can realize automatic collection and stacking of products. Our automatic stacker uses rotatable stainless steel rollers with anti-scratch rubber pads, and we have made full consideration to prevent scratches.
